shed in the woods

I had a studio in the woods of Aerdenhout near the dunes.
There, I created a series of works on paper using bister, an ink available at the Rembrandt House Museum in Amsterdam. The great master himself also used it, which is certainly inspiring. You can vary the shades by adding more or less water. It produces beautiful colors, making it a medium I enjoy working with.
