~Ger Surprise

In the run-up to Sinterklaas and Christmas, Ger Surprise was at the Groningen market. The stall was overflowing with wrapped boxes. You could get three for 15 guilders. You only found out what was inside once you bought it. A real treat. I immediately thought it was a great concept, and all created by a namesake!

Sinterklaas? Yes, of course I'll be making something. Thinking up surprises and writing poems is so much fun. I do that every year.

I once registered Cute & Dustbin as a brand name. It combines cute design with the recycling of materials I've collected in my neighborhood. During Sinterklaas, we launched a surprise limited edition to thank people for their positive contributions. That's something we don't take for granted, and it's incredibly valuable.

It is expected that Cute & Dustbin will continue to make themselves heard in the future.
